Super Natural British Columbia
Thought we could have a section dedicated to hiking and nature. I'll start, since I was at Cheakamus Lake over the weekend.

Here is where I spent the first 6 years of my life. It's way down this valley deep into the heart of the coast mountains. This ranch here is the end of the road. From here you had to hike or canoe past the lake to get to our place. We moved so I could go to school.

Top of Sea to Summit (hiked it, then milled around the top before riding down). Too bad about the haze.
Wonder Lookout, near the top of the trail, with a pretty close up view of what I believe are Sky Pilot and Ledge Mountains.

Choelquoit Lake... 1172 m elevation. Very dry grasslands on the east and north side. Nice view of the Niut Mountains to the west and the Nemiah mountains to the south (second picture). For the third picture notice that the white sand on the beach is not sand at all but shells...
