Why does the Zeromilkameenzzz, always get Arctic air that lasts for weeks on end, asking for a local friend of a friend.

Because it's higher elevation, dry, and lacks wind. Same reason why the cold lasts at Puntzi Mnt a lot longer than other areas at 52 latitude.
