12z was agreeing with you than out came the 18z in full drought mode. CPC calling for a pattern change though mainly focused on the Euro. From the 8-14 day discussion "probabilities for below normal precipitation for the Pacfic Northwest decreased since yesterday to become near normal due to the weakening of the ridging over western Canada, which would increase the potential for low pressure systems to track toward the coast". Aka typical November pattern.

A little too late for the CPC to be calling for a pattern change , someone tell Scheer that the election is over.
