Still see loads of lightning to the east. Thunder is too far away to hear. Still dry here too

Wow, lightning every 30 seconds. I just see the sheet lightning and hear distant thunder.
Why not try cycling to work, grocery store, anywhere!

I can see many lightning strikes just to the east of Coquitlam and the wind has picked up but it looks like all the action is going to miss the western part of metro Van.

There have been hundreds of lightning strikes in and around Abbotsford. It's multiple strikes per minute right now.

Precip shield looks to be expanding west towards central and eastern metro van.
