For the last few weeks and it looks like the next 2 more..no Pineapples in sight at all   (Sorry Nito) and we are just into early November. What happened to 16c rains in October or 13c rains in November with mild repeated AR's?? :shh:
Are we prepared for this stormy, chilly and wet November, LN style, with our first warning shots :flakey: :flakey: coming early due to this potentially historic LN

We're probably going to end up with a rain deficit this month, but there is some rain appearing on the 12Z GFS with ~125mm.

Insane footage  last time we had that UBC incident didn't our winter work out just fine for snow? Kristi Gorden showed a different view but this one was better it was classified as a EF0.

Was it an EF-0 tornado? I ask because I thought the definition of EF-0 is that it didn't cause any damage, or maybe that it didn't touch down.

Kristi Gordon called it a EF0. :dunno: The low this morning was 7c @ the pond in south Sardis.

https://weather.com/storms/tornado/news ... e-20130206 A good explanation here.

It's based on wind speed estimated from the damage done. EF0 is minimal damage including trees down.

Most of the precip between Friday and Tuesday will fall as rain on the local Mountains then it looks like weak splitting in the LR.

Cold airmass is finally developing and there are signs of a weak PV split. First signs of winter for Eastern Canada and Europe in tbe 10-15 day period?

December is in the cards.

Monday freezing levels don't look as bad as you say, unless I'm missing something. At least the peaks should catch a nice dumping. Of course, I don't get excited about early season snowpack because Nov 2021 taught us that it's not necessarily for keeps.
