Temps shouldn't get too hot for Richmond and other areas within a few km of the coast. Will likely be running nearly 10C cooler than surrounding inland locales as is normal during most heat waves.

I'm in the comox valley for a week , last couple of days has been relatively cool by the water 17-19° . Got up early this morning to do some shore fishing on the north side of comox and couldn't believe how cold it was , it hit 9° ! And the stiff wind didn't help , I wore all 3 spring jackets that I had  . Looking forward to some warmer temps.
