Interesting read Tsmoke, great find isn't it amazing that most of these neighborhoods are still present today especially in the downtown core of Chilliwack.
Lots of history in the central valley is still present with newer neighborhoods mixed in.
It's a comfortable 19c @ the pond in south Sardis and mostly clear skies.

The weather network says 10 to 15 MM hard to believe that will happen but it would be welcome
