I seem to be losing snow despite continuous snowfall, too.
It's called clown range for a reason.

No. This not from today. This was from yesterday but the difference between here and other parts of the city is crazy.

Coming down pretty good right now. Still nice fluffy flakes. Starting to accumulate again.

Re: February 2021 Forecasts and Discussions
If today’s snow had fallen overnight, I would have significantly more than 1 cm new to report.
Leave a chest freezer open and measure from inside it. That’s the only way to record significant accumulations today.

Feb 22/23, 2014 was worse than this, imo.wetcoast91 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 14, 2021 11:51 am Filtered sunshine and flurries. Lots of melt going on and grass fully exposed on the sunny side. +1C.
Don't think I've seen 3 days of snow deliver less than 2cm before...
Continuous moderate snow for nearly 48 hours and only 5cm and wet pavement to show for it here. Only a trace along the Fraser and Pitt river flats in Coquitlam/Poco/Pitt Meadows.
In the same timeframe, over 30cm fell near Mundy park and 45cm at the top of Westwood plateau.
