At the rate it’s making forward progress (no doubt thanks to battling the Fraser outflow) it will be midnight at the earliest before it gets to me. No surprise—that’s consistent with what the models have been saying.

If you look at the loop it becomes clear that it’s having trouble making headway against the outflow.
It's called clown range for a reason.
