Pretty big differences between the 00z RGEM and 00z NAM at just hour 14. RGEM still takes that low to near Astoria but the NAM take it closer to Forks.

Yeah, this cold snap is over just a little too soon. If it had gone on for a week, smaller ponds should have been skateable.

January 2017 was so consistently cold that not only ponds but some lakes became skateable.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Already got some minor snow coverage on the vehicle in Langford. Been snowing very tiny flakes since about 6pm. 👌
