Just looking at some past records for early cold...and wow 1908 really stands out. Lows of -1.1C on Sept 24th and 25th that year at the old New West station. Crazy stuff.

I used to run the free range, all you can eat, drop in diner but now have all my chickens fenced in and the runs covered.
