Oh nice. Love snowshoeing, wish I'd done more in recent years but skiing has completely taken over for me.

I like skiing but it's too expensive in BC. Snowshoeing is free and most of the time you are away from the crowd.

I've found some ways to ski for relatively cheap but yeah I couldn't agree more. What is it, $200 a day at Whistler. Even Sasquatch and Manning at 70 a day is tough. Snowshoeing and Cross Country are way better value.Canada Goose wrote: ↑Mon Feb 17, 2020 2:15 pm I like skiing but it's too expensive in BC. Looking like another powder day at the locals, 15 to 20cm on Sunday. Let's see how much this one gets neutered as we approach.

Snowshoeing is free most of the time. Well, I refuse to pay for that, so I look for free places to do it.
Whistler... You will never see me there! A true joke.
Ski is very expensive in North America. When you compare with France (where the ski stations are way much better), you just want to cry...

Looks like another nice round of snow tonight on top of the 10cm. That's at Cypress, not sure how the others fared.

Looks like a quick hitting trough will drop a few centimeters of goodies to play with this Saturday. Should be clear skies Sunday. Looks like another wave next week as well, although still a little early.
