I’m in Kelowna. I don’t know if this place gets a smokeless summer again. Luckily it’s not too terrible but still.
There was no smoke in Kelowna when I was there a couple days ago.

Hey y'all. Been a hot and humid summer here.
Currently 26C with a 24C dew and cloudy here. Some thunderstorms tomorrow.
It always snows in December in the Kootenays

Jr ma man, how will you survive in Ottawa ? You'll need a luggage full of t-shirts just for one day.

Newest Euro seasonal is showing above average temps for the rest of the year. Of course it will look different come next month.
It did spit this out for January though:

Well, I have sort of had in my mind that this might be a classic backloaded winter, but we will see of course. I love the front-loaded winters with Snow in December/Christmas and warming up in time for March

I don’t know how they can put out maps for 5 months from now with a straight face…there is no accuracy.

There’s been smoke for several days. It’s a lighter haze but it’s definitely smoke.

A lovely little cell just rolled through Kelowna. Dropped 3-5mm I’d say. One flash, no audible thunder.
