We haven't had any fog here, so was nice and sunny.
Finally a bit of sun right now which is nice before the rain, And yeah living by the water fog is beyond stubborn.

That doesn't surprise me for that area, Was actually chilly and just complete fog/mist. Haven't seen any warmth at all tbh.

FLS dipping to 2000m tonight and hovering between 1500-2000m through Tuesday so there should be > 30cm above 1500m through Tuesday.

Some Clown range ECMWF members have extreme outlier solutions that drop us below 0C

Raining heavily now could be 50mm plus for North shore mountains by morning. Some models again are showing a big ridge rebuilding going into mid to late October. It never ends! Looking a little like the Fall of 2000. Wasn't 2000-2001 a weak La Niña? It was also one of the driest fall and winter ever.

Not too worried about a dry fall over here at this point. September was a super soaker and with the rain over the next couple days, September and October combined will already likely be running wetter than normal.

We were rain shadowed most of the night here. Picked up about 15mm. Still some hints of a cool down and maybe some frost later next week in the models. But I just got a new set of Nokian tires put on for the winter yesterday so I expect that should scare away any chance of cold for the next year at least.
