The cold trough shifting offshore into the Pacific is what messed it up for us. The epic GFS runs had it right over SW BC with a strong North Pacific block. Would have been the perfect setup for cold sliders to come down the coast and draw in cold from the interior.

Its the case where a slight shift in the position of the trough is the difference between a region wide snowstorm and a marginal slush event.

Yes its frustrating but it is what it is. :thumbup:

You should engineer one that could catapult you over to the Similkameens. There are always many snow days there.
