Probably more like 15-18C for dew points. But with temperatures in the upper 20’s to low 30’s, it’s still enough to make it muggy.

Wow, a daily record for rainfall... Climatology ZERO once again.
Late July, YVR had similar events in 2023, 2006, 2001, 2000, 1995, 1993, etc.
In short, this is not exceptional at all. Quite rare, nothing more.
