Map #2 10-15 days is that a more consolidated flow? looks better for mountain snow?

Sad state of affairs happening here; EC has issued a "warmer than normal" winter forecast for the entire country yet here we are in an ENSO neutral state and a deep solar minimum. Maybe it was a bad dream I had?

Weve literally been saying that since October. Its split flow or mountain rain. Not being negative, that's just honestly the answer to your question if youre a betting man.

Yes I know it makes model riding no fun I haven't look since the weekend and only looked at the models posted here so I'm not disappointed nor missing a darn thing, so wake me when it gets fun again. :silent:

I haven’t seen EC winter forecast but I’d guess warmer than normal for the entire country just ain’t gonna happen.

Looks like the pattern sets us up for below normal temps around hr 300 on the 12z GFS... so there is that.
