I’ve been getting a few flakes here on the far north end of town.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Had some light flurries but nothing happening right now. Looks like there might be something heading our way on radar.

From The Weather Network:
Forecast models are beginning to converge on a probable solution. Most of the moisture is expected to initially move into Washington late Thursday. Some snowfall can be expected for extreme southern Vancouver Island with this first round, before more widespread, extended snowfall moves in late Friday.

Snow in the Victoria area is expected to become heavy at times Friday night and through Saturday, with additional periods of snow likely to continue through Sunday.

"There are some truly impressive snow totals possible, especially for Vancouver Island including Tofino and Victoria, with the potential for 15-30+ cm," says Weather Network meteorologist Dr. Doug Gillham. "This also has the potential to be a significant snowstorm for the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver."

Beyond the weekend, another system is likely for Monday, though most computer models have somewhat milder temperatures with a changeover to rain for areas near sea level.

"However, we know that the models are often too warm with this type of set-up, so we will have to watch the potential for more heavy snow," Gillham adds.

Regardless, there would be additional heavy snow for higher elevation locations away from the coastline.

It is sunny here, completely clear to the North of me.

It appears to be heading your way next.
