Not even a drop of rain, never mind a rumble of thunder.

Not us on the Sunshine Coast, though that might be a good thing as we have 2 fires burning at the moment, one was from lightning. I hope we get a decent amount of rain, so far in Roberts Creek we've missed out on it.

Some decent rumbles too!

Edit. Had a brief shower but it’s stopped now.

Thunderstorms over snow!!! OMG what is the world coming to.

It would be nice to have something other then sunny with cloudy periods. I'm even looking forward to rain, the weeds are dying in my garden it's so dry.

Thanks Typeing. I hope so. So far we're still on the sunny with cloudy program but there is the occasional gust of cool wind right now...it's very exciting!  All we've had for the past many weeks is sunny with cloudy periods, a couple of days ago, there was enough rain to wet my deck but that's been it.

That stretch on Fraser hwy always has the cheapest gas prices, and I'm pretty sure that's still Abbotsford, not Langley.
$1.19 :o I was happy to see it had dropped to $1.42 in Gibsons

The great big green blob that was headed my way, guaranteed rain, totally dissipated before I got any.

Model trends tonight seem to be indicating the South Island possibly being in a relatively dry slot tomorrow morning as the rain wraps around to our north. If we do manage a few showers I could double my monthly total from 2 up to 4 mm
