Besides, it’s fairly common for the models to vary a bit from run to run. That initial batch of snow may well shift its focus northward again. At this stage, it’s nothing to get worked up over (unless one “enjoys” that sort of model riding, to each his own).
It's called clown range for a reason.

Of course. This is all phantom snow. Where exactly and how much remains to be seen.

Also a very BIG if this happens, this city is Fucked. They can't handle this snow what so ever.

I got like 1-3 cm of snow last year so this would be a massive 100% win.

Don’t believe it will verify. For us in Richmond most likely cold rain or some slushes at most. But still feel good to start the season this way. Last year we waited till mid February to see something happened.
