Nice to see you back Arbie hopefully your 10 kids  are going easy on you these days :D
Haha well life is full, that's for sure. I only have 3 of my own (eldest graduating this year) - but lots of friends/family over all the time, and typical spring busyness. Thanks for asking!

I'm kind of being serious though, I'm sure this pattern HAS to break down at some point in the coming weeks, right?? I don't think we've had more than a few days higher than 25C this year so far; but aside from temp, the worst part is naturally the cloud cover.

Found an interesting government web page here: https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/act ... EVvY5cKFtw

Anyone ever look into the government weather modification information act? Seems real. Perhaps there's already a page on this already, my apologies. I just discovered it... Just tired of this now... As much as I like heat - I don't mind cooler summers actually - but the biggest thing - I'm just ready for some sun!!

Like a bull in a china shop Gumpers. :D count on showers with a chance of bull droppings.

I hear ya ArbieMan. Cooler summers are fine by me and Bono too. I like a front loaded summer, so you can enjoy the nice, warmer evenings when it is still light out at 9:30pm..it feels so tropical almost. This year..sadness in the weather department. Gloomy to say the least. Persistent clouds is quite sad indeed. I cant even put my pepper plants outside! And they are ready for the bees soon :x :x
January 2025 incoming..looks like more Pineapples..Happy New Year!

Ya, tried to get some in the Valley and they are slim pickings. A lot of them rotted due to wetness.

Had a decent thunderstorm here today with temps between 16C to 24C and dew points around 16C.

Not the best storm I've ever seen but it was a good first one of the year. The rain really stole the show from the thunder though since it was torrential. Could barely hear the thunder.
It always snows in December in the Kootenays
