Couple of classics there Ole Grumps, first we have The Lovn' Spoonful Summer in The City, interesting it was released on Independence day July 4th 1966 how ironic. I was 7 and remember it well great summer tune heard it on CKLG Boss radio back then. Living on Victoria and 64th about to enter grade 3.
Second we have Seals And Criofts Summer Breeze released August 31st 1972 l was 13 and about to start grade 8. Amazing times was living on West 16th and Larch.
It's currently 11c @ the pond in south Sardis and mostly cloudy.

And tis the season for grad pranks , I could see John shaking his fist at the Boys in the Bright White sports car

Amazing how fast that fell apart.

I believe Mrs. Bugs theory from afew years back about the border force field how many times now has this happened. It appears the only weather that breaks through is the south wind.
Even last week that cell just across the border and fizzled out but this one had potential.

It's currently 17c @ the pond in south Sardis with diminishing TCU's in the vicinity it seems to be winding down that figures.

I had a few thunder boomers at about 3 pm today, followed by a brief downpour. The thunder was awesome. The fact that I happened to be holding my cat at the time, was NOT. And I have the war wounds to show for it. My cat is NOT a fan of storms, apparently. He's about to turn one year old and this was his first experience.

Whatever happened to C79man, his reads were indepth and well thought out.
Perhaps another one that was taken it's interesting how we have winter members, I guess Juneuary doesn't count.

Weather network just turned bullish for an extended period of sunshine for last week of June , and maybe squeeze in some low 20's temps, depending on location. I'm going to Whistler at that time ,so hoping The Weather Network comes through for once.
