Wasnt 1995 epic as well? I recall over a foot in Richmond..like ya right?
Cuda been a day after or something i dont recall exactly..but remember heavy 0c snow just dumped all morning then broken skies.
Completely forgot about 1995! 20cm over two days at YVR.
Warmed up with lots of pineapples right after though.
1990 was much better as the snow stuck around for about a week after the storm, which dropped a widespread 30-50cm of snow across Metro Vancouver over two days (14th and 15th). Storm total was around 40cm here in east Coquitlam. YVR got about 34cm.

It is rain. The warm front has done its dirty deed.
Really not looking forward to an AR next week, but at least all the grime-ridden street gunk will be gone (at least in the city).

Had some heavy snow here instantly transition to rain. It skipped the mixed precip stage.
Never seen a rapid transition like that.

It was pretty abrupt here too, although now after half an hour or so it's suddenly mixing back.

Winter tires in on Monday. Hence that’s the point of winter end.

Is a week of dry weather really too much to ask?

Ya, I'm following that. The Argentinian all-time record (47.3°C) could be broken.
