On another note, my family's vacation property on the sunshine coast just got gutted by the king tides + rising sea levels. Completely washed away our banks. I was on team sell asap for this exact reason but wiser old people told me everything would be fine and the climate definitely wouldn't change in our lifetime, so let's cut down all of our vegetation for better views .
