Still not seeing any warm extremes in the forecast.
I saw a seasonal forecast today for NMME showing normal precipitation for July August September for most of BC and some parts having above normal precip. Of course it wouldn't take much to have above normal precip here because normal is probably only 20-30 mm in those months. Given that El Niño conditions have abated there’s a chance we could have a hot, but not record breaking season and maybe even have campfires past mid June.
