Historically our window for a decent cold/snow event (snowcover for at least a few days, subfreezing high temps) runs thru mid March. We still got time.
ya i dunno...we cant buy a cold January...then when it should be getting warmer in Feb/ Mar, it seems to be cool and wet..sometimes slushy/ snowy. Meh. Id rather have ridging in March and sunny days peaking out at 15-17c.
May has arrived and it will be a GREAT month

Where is everyone? Tomorrow looks quite snowy for many areas in the Lower Mainland, especially Metro Vancouver. It's going to catch a lot of commuters by surprise.
2-4 cm for many area's by the afternoon before it transitions to drizzle/rain later on in the day. Potentially 5-10cm higher up.
You wore them out...except for the energizer sardine , just like a Timex watch , takes a lickin' but keeps on tickin.

+5C in the similkameenz Sunday
Yes but quite cold for the next 72 hours with 2 separate snowfalls incoming. In the Similkameens, when it says H+5, that is for a brief period of time..due to Lower sun angles and limited daytime heating. Also, +5 feels great in calm winds and sunshine, but the lower dewpoints make it chilly quickly once the sun disappears.
Everyone go visit the Similkameeeeens in winter. You will all it!
