nah mate I was in Banff a couple winters ago and it was 32 below one morning. I could feel my breath vapour freeze in my balaclava and my nose hairs freeze through the breathing hole. Not pleasant.

Not that much rain for the city itself but rivers and their tributaries will be running high once again due to the heavy rain and high snow levels in the Coquihalla summit area.
