This year is insane. We've had pretty much everything else so now bring on the thunder snow!

Reports are of patio furniture and trees shrubs were blown around at UBC. Going to guess this was probably EF2 on the water, but weakened on land to an EF0.

Probably the first tornado in the Vancouver area to be recorded?

Wasn't there a tornado in Richmond in 1985?

I heard that wasn't a bad year for arctic blasts. ;)

OR -25c with a typhoon. Blizzard! :clap:

FWIW it's actually been close to that before. On Feb 3 1893, Agassiz had a high/low of -15.0c/-20.6c with an incredible 45.7cm of snow. 8-)
