Reports are of patio furniture and trees shrubs were blown around at UBC. Going to guess this was probably EF2 on the water, but weakened on land to an EF0.

FWIW it's actually been close to that before. On Feb 3 1893, Agassiz had a high/low of -15.0c/-20.6c with an incredible 45.7cm of snow.
