Not bad. Other than a couple of little bumps, which is expected, it stays relatively cool and below normal for the entire run. And it looks like a lot of precip as well. Hopefully this will build up the glacial snowpack in the high elevations that got melted in June of this year
January 2025 incoming..looks like more Pineapples..Happy New Year!

It depends.

Mostly cloudy and -2.4C right now after a -4.5C low.

Could see some flooding and potential landslides by Sunday morning. Ground is saturated but the summer heatwaves have done a number on the trees and surrounding soil. Not sure how much water the underlayer can retain...

Crazy how no place in the Province has hit 14 degrees in the past two days. Yesterday, Fort Nelson was 1 of only 3 places to rise above 13 yesterday...

Wow, nice pic!! Nelson on the 12th, Fort Nelson on the 13th. Ashcroft and Sandspit were the only others over 13.

By contrast, mid-20s in NB and a LOW of 18C in Ontario!

Trees have recovered and look fine imo after the last months rains. Soil? How is that affected Nito?

Rainfall warning up for the Sunshine Coast.

I'm ready! I have my rain gauge bucket out and put some quick set cement along the edge of the garage doors where the water was coming in. I had silicone there for the past few years but it's not doing the job anymore. I hope this will work. Just heading out now to dig the trench around the cement pad.

You might need a Popeye swimming pool never mind a bucket.🪣
