How bad was John Garrett Glace he twice let in 12 goals against the LA Kings and the Oilers back in the day.
Hard to say, the team in front of him wasn't exactly the greatest. But speaking of back in the day, The Vancouver Millionaires had the most prolific score scorer in the world for most of its existence: Cyclone Taylor (yes, that Cyclone Taylor).
Cylcone Taylor was the Quinn Hughes long before there was a Quinn Hughes. He was Bobby Orr long before there was a Bobby Orr. But it was when he switched to Rover that he started winning the scoring titles (yes, Rover was a real position back 100 years ago). Hence, they had the leading points gatherer in the PCHA for most of its existence.

You forgot to mention I played with Cyclone Taylor's grandson at Kerrisdsle arena...for one practice...I was called up from bantam A to Mark Taylor's midget A team in case of injury, they never needed me. He did end up making the NHL for a few years with the flyers. I just noticed he had some really good numbers at university of North Dakota and the AHL

Canada 4 Nations Cup roster!
Toldya, Bennett and Konecny on the team. Not sure about Marchand, at 36 I think he's lost a step. Compared to USA , I'd give Canada the edge for forwards, defence pretty even, and goaltending goes to USA.

If things don't go so well, we can always pin the blame on Marner and the Leafs curse.

Why would I make that up and post his DB stats and photo? Look at his age. Sorry but that's based on a true story. Here's part deux. We also went to the same High School, Eric Hamber. You remember square dancing in PE? Well, he found out that I square danced with his girlfriend, who was in my grade, so in the hallway between classes he gave me the glare and said "stay away from my girl!" And yes, true story. Last I heard, actually on global news about 5-10 years ago, he was running the cyclone taylor sports stores and coaching girls hockey at Semiahmoo minor hockey, near me.

Nah, you could say the same thing with The USA with Matthews. I think Marner will outshine Matthews. It's gonna be fascinating, only 3 games ,probably 2 wins needed to reach the finals.
