Does that mean that our cold snowy weather is going to be delayed again? Are we going to see cold and snowy temperatures in February and March again?

Feels like we’ll go from hell (dry) to some extreme wet and then into the freezer. Pretty reasonable progression all things considered. Maybe some early season cold in late November/early December?

I had a pretty nice (23 cm!) birthday snowstorm in 2019. Would not complain about a repeat.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Amazing, the temperatures are back in the 30s again after taking a 27 day hiatus...

I've said this several times but I remember we had a year in Abbotsford where the temps were around 28C before in the last 10-12 years. Maybe it was just a van thermometer reading but I remember reading it :)

See the years with this pattern. Basically a +PNA and -NAO means ridging in between warm and wet for us. What is going with La Nina? Getting trumped by stronger weather phenomena in the Northern Hemisphere?

Not sure why i even posted this. Likely an outlier because it actually shows rain in the long range in October for the BC Coast..shocking! Won't happen, likely.gone in the next run or 2.
