Did the Chilliwack River not experience major flows with the last storm? I am surprised to see that the Nooksack may have a 5-10% chance to experience moderate flooding while the Chilliwack River might nearly double the flows of the big storm.

Where did you see the water rising? As far as I know sumas lake is steadily slowly dropping

If the Nooksack floods again then you'll start to see water rising from the southwest and flowing northeast.

Yes but that’s not happening now there is a slight possibility it could happen this weekend though
