Maybe a page out of the 96 playbook. We had cold onshore flow for awhile as arctic air just hung out in the interior.

Better looking North Pacific ridge on this run. Might still deliver something big in the long range.

Yeah Jan '96 could be a good match too. Most places away from the water did pretty good during the last 10 days of the month.
