Thats good news because the PDO is -3.06 right as of October 2021. I don't think its ever been that cold but correct me if I'm wrong.

Everything is fairly normal in Metro Vancouver. Locally over the past few weeks we've had some urban flooding while some creeks spilled their banks but it was all minor. Nothing remotely close to what some of you guys out in the valley have had to deal with.
