Yup, didn't even have to shovel the driveway ONCE this year. Only one day did I have to remove snow from my car. Pretty pathetic.

And yet the snowpack is above normal province-wide!

Not much snow in the Okanagan valley either this winter. I still have a couple piles of snow left, but i will be gone this week. Actually, this will be the first time in my 10+years of living here that the snow will be all gone by Spring Break.

Low elevations coastal and OK valley didnt do well this year. Mid to higher levels scored nicely. Still deep snowpack in the Similkameen valleys at 2500-3000 feet. Like 1-2 feet...some areas none(sunslopes), but in shady areas 2-3 feet as of a few days ago.
January 2025 incoming..looks like more Pineapples..Happy New Year!

Yes, above normal at higher elevations, but way below normal in the southern interior below 4000 ft. eg. Cranbrook.

Trust me, it gets old when you want spring to start and it keeps getting cold and dumping snow well into May.

Been following the story of TWL receiving his new weather station. Nice that Andrew set it up for him on Thursday. TWL seems he's been through alot by what l read most deserving of the weather station.
