Yup, but it's gonna be close to see if he can catch Hughes, Makar so far, 227 Games played-168 assists. Won't find out till next year, unless that stat includes playoffs.

It's really unfortunate that Benning did such a bad job at building our blue line. It would be really nice to be a cup contender right now given how good Kuzmenko is playing. He's 27 now so while he will still be good for years to come, chances are low he will be in his prime when we are ready to compete in the playoffs. Hopefully I'm wrong. Regardless, Kuzmenko sure has elite skill.

Kuzmenko is a nasty player. He’s hit a new level under Tocchet.

I’ve come around to accepting the deadline trade and hoping we can maximize this short window. Having pieces like Petey and Kuz on the top line, Miller as your 2C, Hughes and Hronek anchoring pairings, and a resergent Demko…surely we can make something outta this??!
