This is not a good setup for Metro Vancouver. PSCZ, Hood Canal and E Vancouver Island appear to have best potential.

12z GFS is a touch north. Introduces more precip but looks milder.

This is very petty, but I don't want to see Seattle succeed if we get skunked, which that 6Z euro seems to show.

Models are too aggressive with the adiabatic cooling in the Puget Sound area. This may be a 2" slop event in the PSCZ and foothill locations above 1500ft.

Clown range. But some recent GFS runs have been showing such a massive a Greenland block that arctic air gets displaced into almost all of Canada. Not quite for us but close.

Its another Barrie Vortex!
