Depressing to see most of the runs warmer than the 30 year mean.
It always snows in December in the Kootenays

Probably better to forget about this winter and hope next year is better. Kinda fits Knuckles out of playoff picture by Christmas and snow out of the picture as well.
The 7th annual snowfall contest is canceled due to no snow this winter.

Agree with you 100% after many years of following models I don't pay much attention anymore. Just leads to disappointment, much better to see a
surprise a few days out. ( even then it can still disappear )

Another old goodie treat by Jr...

Winter Rain
By AbbyJr
Parody of November Rain
By Guns N' Roses

When I’m looking out my window
I can see the weather’s lame
And Monty when I asked you
Oh you said you could see the same

Nothing lasts forever
And we both know our climates changed
But it’s hard to hold a shovel
In the cold cold winter rain

We’ve been through this such a long long time
And it’s still just not the same, oh yeah
For the rain is always coming and snow is always going
And no one’s really sure what’s even left to say
Melting away

If we could have a chance
Of at least an arctic glance
We could rest our heads
Just knowing’ that it may snow
It may snow
‘C'mon we want a blizzard
‘Cause this weather’s really lame
Or we’ll just end up moving
From this cold cold winter rain

Do you need some time, to be mad
Do you need some time, to be sad
Everybody needs some time
To be mad
Don’t you know you need some time to be sad

I know it’s hard to be in a happy mood
When every winter seems to fail you
But if you could be in a happy mood
Maybe at least this song with charm you

Sometimes I need some time, to be mad
Sometimes I need some time, to be sad
Everybody needs some time
To be mad
Don’t you know you need some time to sad

And when the rain subsides
But the pineapples remain, oh yeah
I know we can be happy
Even though it’s not the same
So never mind the dampness
We still can find a way
‘Cause nothin’ lasts forever
Even cold cold winter rain

Do you think that it will ever be snowy
Do you think that we’ll ever get cold

Are you sure? What's your temperature at? I'm at 6.9° .

Don't give up, I'm sure John has a couple tricks up his sleeve for his long awaited update on Monday. I can see him pull a hawk or a goose out of a hat , but can he pull a slytyguy out of a toque?
