Its the place to be if you want snow in the Lower Mainland. Prime location with good elevation, up in the mountains, and sheltered from the S winds. The only problem is the average person can not afford to live up there. Those who bought years ago when it was cheaper lucked out in a big way.

Especially if you like to golf , although I haven't tried that course yet,actually I think they have 2 courses

Down to 2.1C now. Raining hard. About 5 wet flakes mixed into 1000s of rain drops.

Upper Levels: slightly chunky rain
Bottom of the Cut across the Ironworkers: occasional chunky rain
Bottom of Boundary to 29th: more chunky rain
Boundary from 29th to 49th: very splatty rain or very wet snow
49th into Vancouver: slightly chunky rain
2024-25 season stats:
Climo :cancel: 0 to 0 :14clown: GFS

Season total: 1 trace (Teflon on Nov 18)

That building has 280 meters elevation. I'd rather be at the top, which is around 350 meters, but anything 200+ meters is a big improvement.
