Prolly good time for govt to allow for new local ski resort that has most runs between 4000 and 5500+ feet. There has been too many seasons lacking snow. Sure on Nina years it's ok.. but look at last 10 years. Been some sad seasons in there. This year the sad housing market has translated to the higher levels lol and a sad winter and local skiing. :x :x
