I have officially put a fork in this winter, what a giant disappointment it was. I am so over reading maps that show cold at hr 384 lol always the same every time. I officially have joined team Nito...bring on spring and summer!

Yep I totally agree I have been ready to jump ship for a while now. Winter in February just doesn't cut it. Poor Jr.... he's still talking to himself about MJO and NAO and PDO.
As we can clearly see these as well as La Nina are merely indicators of what may happen. This is not going to tell us it's going to be a cold and snowy winter.

Instead I think it should read more like this:
It could be a snowy winter
It could be a colder winter
It could be a colder and snowy winter
It will be a wet winter
