Re: December 2021 Forecasts And Discussions
Today was way too hot. +35C. Not looking forward to the +44C being modeled. Hopefully that doesnt happen or entire towns might get burnt down.
Fortunately wildfire season will end by September. It's clear sailing foe the interior once the fall arrives where NOTHING can go wrong....

Yes it's not like 300 mm of rain can fall in Hope in one day, that's obviously impossible.wetcoast91 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 31, 2021 7:49 pm Today was way too hot. +35C. Not looking forward to the +44C being modeled. Hopefully that doesnt happen or entire towns might get burnt down.

We maxed out at 12" yesterday morning. I'd guesstimate 7-8" remain.

I remember seeing a video of someone driving a car like this and the passenger in the car behind (at a red light) got out and cleaned off the back window. It was titled 'Road Rage in Canada'

Not even worried about any washouts or landslides because we have 4 roads that lead into the interior.VanCitySouth wrote: ↑Fri Dec 31, 2021 7:50 pm Yes it's not like 300 mm of rain can fall in Hope in one day, that's obviously impossible.
