Hmmmm……..I'll say might just pull off an upset in the over the barrel classic with ole Gumpers. :shifty: :wtf  :congrats:  of course Johnny would have to verify it if he can get away from his tube t.v. and the parliamentary channel using rabbit ears.
The 7th annual snowfall contest is canceled due to no snow this winter.

 this is me in Ladner looking at all your snow photos and totals this week.

still happy we got that big dump in February, there's still some piles of shovelled snow in shady areas but no measurable accumulation since then

moving officially to #teamspring so I can bask in the S Delta sun  while you poor snow prone folks near the mountains get rain

Low of -3.7C here despite almost no snow cover. The snow cover effect only seems to work under very specific conditions. It didn't seem to make any difference for my lows in February.

Ya, considering the amount of snow cover in my area, it should have been way colder. But it really didn't get that cold. Perhaps you are onto something.

It has ways seemed to me like the snow cover effect is more pronounced when it is fresh. Once it has compacted, or refrozen into a crusty icy layer, it doesn’t seem to have much effect. I could be wrong and I’m not sure on the science behind this but that has been my observation
