Right now the area around Shushwap Lake (Revelstoke/Salmon Arm) is getting pummeled by monstrous positive cloud-to-ground strikes. We're talking 100 kA+. I've never seen anything like this in BC before. The thunder must be otherworldly.

The displayed time zone is Central Time, so minus two hours.

Rain almost always overperform here. :lol:

Seems like often the complete opposite for SE Vancouver Island and southern sections of the Lower Mainland.

Between 0.2 mm and 2.5 mm in Surrey.
0.9 mm in Pitt Meadows.

We haven't heard from Snowgrams for awhile hope she's doing o.k. in OK falls.
