This seems extremely unlikely. More dry cold than snow perhaps but this seems oddly weighted

I think it's a possibility, Just like we put stock in cold naps, These can't be ingorned either. I've always thought this can be a winter of ridge after ridge and dry weather. Does that equal cold ? Who knows. Does it equal snow ? That's the question.
A lot of the states are experiencing really warm weather as we speak.

A very strong -ENSO tends to bring positive heights near 165W. This map depicts that with a GOA as well resulting in WSW zonal flow.
