Seems bad, but the real question is how much did Trudeau listen to him? (I don't know)

This scandal is a few days old, and mainstream media only jumping on it now? Carney still gonna let Chiang run, lol.
The missteps, untruths, and scandals starting to pile up in such a short period of time under Carney, not to mention 10 yrs worth and economic failure under Trudeau with Carney as advisor for half those yrs.. Carney didn't even have that many people show up to the opening of his campaign office, and half of them were media members.
If this happened to the conservatives, the media would be all over it,and they'd drop 20 pts in the polls.

If Carney was leader of Conservatives, I'd be embarrassed, and would not vote for them.

It's so easy for him to just drop the candidate. I know there are times leaders should stand up for their candidates but this isn't one of those times.

I’ve got a lot more ideas
I would keep Stats Can and completely cut funding foreign wars and conflicts.

Poiliever: Mark Carney is keeping a Liberal candidate who called for his Conservative opponent to be handed over to the Chinese government for a $1 million bounty. The same government that just executed 4 Canadians.

Carney’s company owes $250 million to a Chinese state bank—he is compromised.

If he won’t stand up for a Canadian against threats to his life, how can he ever stand up for Canada?

Another huge crowd for Pierre, this time in Fredericton. I really like his wife's public speaking skills too, a nice surprise.

Trudeau once said that he admires China. Does Mark Carney also admire China's 'basic dictatorship'?
He was wrong to support Paul Chiang's candidacy

What we do know is that Carney when interviewed by cbc Rosemary Barton a couple weeks ago said he shares the same values as Trudeau. And Carney basically has the same cabinet ministers .

PIPELINE PARADOX: Brookfield to buy US pipeline giant as Carney refuses to repeal Bill C-69 pipeline ban

What’s good for the Canadian goose doesn’t hold for the American eagle. At least, not for former Brookfield chairman Mark Carney.
That’s because the Liberal candidate for prime minister, a vocal opponent of major new pipelines in Canada, is now facing scrutiny as Brookfield Asset Management — the investment giant he once chaired — closes in on a USD$9 billion deal to acquire Colonial Pipeline, the largest fuel transport system in the United States.
It comes as he refused to repeal Bill C-69, the ‘No New Pipelines Act’ at a rally in Winnipeg on Tuesday. Under C-69, Carney would maintain a tanker ban on Canada’s West Coast that effectively kills oil export pipelines from Alberta, including Northern Gateway.

But with Brookfield betting billions on US fossil fuel transport, critics will likely — and rightly — ask: If pipelines make financial sense for American energy, why not for Canadian energy as well?

According to the left leaning local political pundit Keith Baldry , the election is basically over, thanks to the NDP losing support to the liberals.
I don't buy that it's over whatsoever.

There was just a press conference for Donald Trump's tariffs. CBC right away reported that this is a huge game changer for the election. I think it changes nothing because Carney isn't going to change anything favourable for Canada.
