I had a 62 inch gut , then late one night while channel surfing and looking for the weather network I discovered the slytyguy diet , a bottle of slytyguy's secret blend of random stuff where no 2 bottles are the same, something about you never know whatchya gonna get, that's strange I think I've heard that somewhere before , after 2 min I was sold and phoned 1-800-slytyguy, a little expensive at $99.99 but at least it was buy one get one free, let me tell ya, tastes awful but it works ,the rest is history. I usually keep slytyguy on the top shelf where I also keep my bottle of Vitog, I usually take 2 tablets while model riding but increase it to 6 after reading one of Nito's depressing forecasts.
Kristy Gordon seems to be on board for cold air moving in for next weekend, a little strange for them considering it's still a week away.

Re: October 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
Well its better then some winters where there is no sign of arctic air at all... so at least we have something to track.
That said we have started to see more classic arctic fronts as of recent. February 2019 and January 2020 both featured a true arctic front.
Maybe this means good times are ahead for us?

Re: October 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
It’s actually my first frosty morning of the season. I’ve had two freezes already, but those happened when it was too dry and windy for frost. Ironically, this frost happened on a morning where the air temperature never actually dropped below the freezing mark.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Re: October 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
I don’t really like the way the models are cutting off the energy west of the south coast later next week. Sort of a closed low sliding south offshore. That is not a good conduit to cold for us. GFS is still trying to get there but if that low cuts off we are almost certainly going to see our cold air source get cut off too

Well, I’m an American interloper here, but Weather101 already gave up that pretense last year. Besides, snide and smug Canadians are more fun.VanCitySouth wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2020 9:43 am We're giving up the pretense that Canadians are nice, then?
