Not sure where these clouds are popping up from in the last hour or two but I guess it's gonna put a lid on peak temps, currently 25.8°, probably won't reach my high of 27.3° yesterday.

Fooogetaboutit, not till October. It's just fine here on the peninsula. Walks in the evening while temps still above 20° is a beautiful thing.

So far, a very run of the mill heat wave, in fact it’s only 29° at Abbotsford airport right now. Can’t even call it a heat wave really

#Thankful.

Not impressed with the overhyping of some weather folks, but that seems to be the thing nowadays this is how people ignore “real warnings “!

Currently 31c. High of 33c earlier. High clouds moved in overhead and capped the temps. :x

My high today was 32.5C. About a degree cooler than I had expected. Yes, the high clouds were likely the culprit. While it didn't make much difference comfort wise, it's less statistically pleasing. :x :bang:

Well they're not exactly making things up...it is quite bad air quality an ocean breeze can't blow away all the crap we put in the air.

True, it's just l haven't seen an air quality alert for that in years were so use to smoke but l'm sure when we had smoke smog was mixed in as well making it a double whammy.
It's currently still 21c @ the pond in south Sardis @ 1:00a.m.
