Would be a lot of fun to be on the winning end of the North/South battle... ala 1996.
No doubt the scenario shown on the GFS would be crazy.
Showery and 10C on Remembrance Day with temps rapidly falling overnight as very strong NE winds develop. Devastating ice storm transitioning to ice pellets and finally heavy snow as the system departs to the east. Fun to dream!

The fact of the matter is that while this solution is highly unlikely to verify and very likely to disappear next run, its a very good sign that these types of solutions keep popping up so early. In previous years, we would be well into January before even seeing a hint of something good. I have a strong feeling for some goodies this winter and that it will be front loaded. In fact, a mid-late November warning shot wouldn't surprise me followed by something big mid-late December. I have a good feeling about this.
Any guarantees? Like Nito's fog for tomorrow and saturday.
Looks like it will indeed be warmer tomorrow, back above 10°, 12-13°

The only thing I can guarantee this winter is a lot of Jr questions.
Oh if that came to fruition up here our southern weather weenies would have an early season meltdown and Monty will be dodging more than poopy diapers.
