Yup. GFS showing specks of snow up here but the pressure gradients suggest a few days of very strong outflow which would lead to a very dry airmass up here.
You don't want that initial trough to dig too far offshore.

GFS is still drunk. Crazy cold, relatively speaking -- considering how early in the season it is). Shows daytime highs below 0c next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday across the south coast.

00z GFS Sort of looks like February 2019 when Seattle - Portland got slammed with those snow storms while we were chilly, windy, and dry.

GEM is worlds apart from the GFS. Cool and rainy, snowy for higher elevations -- above ~500m.
